I know it’s not that big of a jump from last time, not even 10%, but I like nice round (not really) fractions, so I’m excited to be 1/3 done! Unfortunately, 8% in a month and a half is nothing to brag about but times have been tough, in all senses of the word.
I’m laid off over the summer, since I work at a college, so I’ve been making some art to sell at conventions, so I’ve been totally swamped with commissions and preparing to travel to cons to try to bring in at least SOME sort of income during these months. And, of course, summer is when EVERYone wants to hang out and do stuff, so I’ve been trying to balance my working with my hanging out with friends and doing (free) stuff, making time scarce. If you wanna be awesome and signal-boost me, I’d totally appreciate it! My website is Lilly Inverse Designs. I make geeky stuff, lolita stuff, and cybergoth stuff lol.
Another, not-so-great thing that’s been taking up my time and that I would LOVE for you guys to signal boost is this…
That is Courage, my mom’s dog. We’re not sure what’s wrong with him, but the vet says it might be neurological. If you could pleeeease signal boost his Hope Mob (It’s like Kickstarter but for causes) I would REALLY appreciate it! This is his Hope Mob Link https://hopemob.org/s/1jn-courage-the-brave-dog-needs-a-wheelchair
And my FINAL excuse for being UBER busy is having been invited by the awesome DJM to stat a podcast! It’s an anime podcast where we watch a different anime every week and then do a podcast on it. We’re on episode 3, going on 4 which should be out this Sunday. If you want to download it, it’s called Nanashi and it can be found on his website http://deltajulietmike.com/
That’s it for now! I’ve got soooo much more to do, but I’m still excited for hitting this major step ^_^ As always, the little counter along the left sidebar shows the actual lines translated vs. actual lines total, so that will give a more accurate view of how far I am. Can’t wait to work more! Later! 😀

hey i was wondering if you still needed a patcher to patch the text into the game? i could try asking around?
personaphantom said:
Falaina offered to patch it, but I haven’t seen her in a while. Of course, I haven’t been around in a while, so that’s something to consider too xD

every percent means several thousand words, also, it means my neck got a little shorter with each time you updated, xD
Angela said:
Oh well done! No matter how much, it’s great that you’re still pushing on. 1/3 is a great milestone :). Looking forward to more updates!

I am excited for this project, and impressed that you’re translating the entire game by yourself. You’re making much faster progress than a lot of other Translation Projects I’ve seen.
Every bit counts, so keep on updating, but in your own time. Don’t stress yourself out!

Great work. As long as you just keep going however slowly we will all be happy.

Thanks for their job! 😀

Second thing, how is Courage today? I really hope that you will be able to buy what he might need.
Hug him from me, okey?
personaphantom said:
Thanks! Courage is doing great – I’ll post a pic of him in his wheelchair xD he’s so grumpy!

Is there any way we can help? I’m a technical person (programmer) and generally reasonably smart. Eg, is there some proof-reading you could outsource to the general public, or maybe something less technical (eg using Google translate + Bing translate to check some lines)?

Hello I just wanted to say that I really appreciate the time and effort you put into translating this game. There are not nearly enough otome games in english. So I’m super excited that you’ve decided to use your awesome skills and time to share this with us. Thank you! ☆*:.。. o(≧▽≦)o .。.:*☆

Anything new here? I really hope you are not going to give up on this project.

Hmm this update was awhile ago now, but I’d like to say good luck with it! I also hope your pup is doing okay. I just found this myself and am very much looking forward to it. 🙂 another otome would be great, a lot of the ones I’ve been following are on hiatus or have been canceled. 😥 Hahah, That real life stuff tends to get in the way, or I’d have probably tried my hand at it.

Hello :3 I was wondering how progress was going for this wonderful project! Thanks so much and best of luck!!
Aure said:
This looks great. Is there anything we can do to help?
(I’m a programmer by profession, though I’ve never worked on anything vaguely game-related before)

Guys, it’s november. Has this project been dropped? Please tell us cause this suspense is killing me. :(( I really hope you won’t give up.
personaphantom said:
Has not been dropped! Just postponed! As I stated before, I can’t work solely on this project since I need to work on things I get PAID for so that I can pay my bills and buy food and stay alive and stuff 😛 Keep in mind guys, I’m a ONE PERSON TEAM – I am the only person translating this game, no help from anyone else. I prefer it that way, but it does mean that it takes longer to get the project done.
Aure said:
Oh, I just saw this reply. Whoops, sorry!
It is good to know that you’re still alive. xD
Though I respect that this is your own project, and you may proceed in which ever way you’re comfortable with.
But…do keep the option open of handing out bits of the project to others. Even if it’s stuff like testing or proofing. You know, the boring stuff :p
thanks again
LFullbuster said:
Yay~! That’s an awesome notice!! But.. I guess a lot of people think that you just dropped it out, maybe do a new post here would be better than answer the new “You dropped it?” messages. But I’m really glad that it’s all still going! ^-^
(Sorry for my bad English. ;A; )
Tina said:
I think it’s easier to work with other people and a lot faster. It’s very hard for one person to do all the work. I;m sure there are japanse-english translators willing to help with this project. I wish you all the best and thank you for the hard work.
Bluemoon said:
I’m trying to learn Japanese, do you have any advice that you could share with me? How often you studied, resources, kanji, and so forth. Your input would be appreciated ^_^
Mordina said:
I’m in no rush because I know you are the only one working on this project. I hope the small donation I sent will be of use to something 🙂 Looking forward to more updates!
Hikari said:
You are one cool person to handle all of this on your own, but you are a lot faster that the rest can ever have been, even though they work in a group. I apologize that I can’t help with the donations, but I give you the best of luck for you and your dog.
